About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations well-stocked and customers satisfied. This position is more than just driving; it is a dynamic role that combines logistics, merchandising, and customer service. You will be the face of Frito-Lay, building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, visible, and available.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to your assigned route. You will deliver products to various retail locations, unloading and stocking shelves and displays with care. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining product freshness by rotating stock and ensuring that shelves and displays are fully stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also build promotional displays to drive sales and track inventory to complete necessary route paperwork.
Beyond the physical aspects of the job, you will maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring that our partnership with each location is strong and productive. You are responsible for meeting delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
