Job Description
About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, interact directly with store managers and staff, and maintain positive relationships within the communities you serve.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. As you visit assigned stores, you will unload and stock shelves and displays, carefully rotating product to ensure freshness and meet company merchandising standards. You will also build promotional displays and track inventory, completing necessary route paperwork along the way. Throughout the day, you will adhere to company safety policies and DOT regulations, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines while providing excellent customer service.
