About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products, ensuring that our shelves are stocked with fresh snacks and that our brand is represented professionally.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with loading and unloading product, followed by delivering items to your assigned stores. Once on-site, you will stock shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays to drive sales. You will maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, tracking inventory and completing necessary route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with this position typically paying $60,000 to $75,000 per year (equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour). Beyond base pay, you have opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many drivers on high-volume routes are eligible for additional bonuses and incentives.
