Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will load and unload product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Once at the location, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays. You are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
