About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations well-stocked and fresh. As a key link between our production facilities and our customers, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products along an assigned route. Your day involves more than just driving; you will be responsible for unloading, stocking shelves and displays, and building promotional displays that engage shoppers.

In this position, you are the face of Frito-Lay at the store level. You will maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring that our products are presented according to company merchandising standards. By rotating product to ensure freshness and tracking inventory, you help guarantee that customers have access to the snacks they love. You will also complete necessary route paperwork and adhere to all delivery and stocking deadlines.
