Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other stores, and other retail outlets. You will operate a company delivery truck to ensure timely delivery of products, while also managing the physical aspects of restocking shelves, rotating product to maintain freshness, and building promotional displays that drive sales.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. As you visit assigned stores, you will engage with store managers and staff to build positive, professional relationships. Beyond delivery, you will actively manage inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure that every store is stocked according to strict company merchandising standards. Your role requires balancing efficient logistics with excellent customer service, ensuring that our products are always fresh, visible, and available to shoppers.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this position. You will be expected to safely operate a delivery truck, load and unload product, and adhere to all DOT regulations when applicable. You must follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures to meet delivery and stocking deadlines for all while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers and store partners.
