About the Role
This is a hands-on position designed for those who thrive outside. You will be the backbone of our peak season operations (May – October), driving 26' box trucks (non-CDL) to deliver and install various event equipment. Your day will involve managing routes with multiple stops, assisting Project Managers on larger job sites with the installation of tents, stages, and dance floors, and maintaining our warehouse by pulling, staging, and putting away orders.
This role is physically demanding and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and moving heavy equipment, often carrying items weighing 75–100 lbs. A flexible schedule is essential, including nights, weekends, and consistent, significant mandatory overtime.
