About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Your work ensures that our products are fresh, well-presented, and readily available to consumers.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your delivery truck and reviewing your route. You will travel to assigned stores, where you will unload products and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will also maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, managers, and staff, ensuring that stores are properly stocked and that inventory is tracked accurately. Completing route paperwork and adhering to delivery deadlines are essential parts of your daily routine.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority. You will be responsible for safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers and store partners.
