About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked with the products customers love. In this position, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and displays are visually appealing. Your work directly impacts the customer experience by maintaining product freshness and building positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with loading and unloading product, followed by navigating your assigned route to deliver products to various retail locations. Upon arrival, you will unload the truck and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your responsibilities includes rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that attract shoppers. Throughout the day, you will track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accurate records. You will also maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring that stores are properly stocked and that any issues are addressed promptly. Safety is paramount, so you will follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations while operating the delivery truck and handling product.
