About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping our products fresh and available to customers. In this position, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Your work ensures that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
Day in the Life
Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck while following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.
Beyond driving, you will engage in hands-on merchandising. This includes stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, tracking inventory, and completing route paperwork.
