About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and available to consumers.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring safe and timely deliveries to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards, and rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff.
