About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route.
This role is essential for maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed. Drivers serve as the face of Frito-Lay, combining safe truck operation with customer service excellence to meet delivery and stocking deadlines.
What You Will Do
As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
