Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked with fresh products. This position is more than just driving; it involves delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products on an assigned route. Drivers are the company truck. You will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays that drive sales.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring safe and timely delivery of products to your assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and completing route paperwork. You will track inventory and ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. A professional relationship with store managers and staff is key to success in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff, following DOT regulations when applicable, and company safety policies.
