About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores and convenience stores. You will operate a company delivery truck on an assigned route, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with loading and unloading product, followed by a route of deliveries. Upon arrival at each store, you will stock shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness and build promotional displays to maximize product visibility. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff, and professional relationships with, store managers and staff. You will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all delivery and stocking deadlines are met.
Safety and Compliance
Safety is paramount in this role. You will be responsible for safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures at all times. This includes following all safety protocols while loading, unloading, and driving.
