Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping our products fresh and available for customers. In this position, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route.

Day in the Life

Your day involves more than just driving. You will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, ensuring that store shelves and displays are fully stocked according to company merchandising standards. A key part of your role is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy.

Customer Relationships

A significant portion of this role involves maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. You will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at each location, ensuring that our partners have the support they need to succeed.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority. You will be expected to safely operate a delivery truck and follow all DOT regulations when applicable. You must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for your assigned stores.

Compensation and Incentives

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. There are significant opportunities for additional earnings through overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
