About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores and convenience stores, along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed.
Day in the Life
As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck. You will load and unload product, ensuring that all deliveries meet strict deadlines. Once on-site, you will stock shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness and build promotional displays that catch the eye of shoppers. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining inventory accuracy and completing necessary route paperwork. You will also ensure that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards, following all DOT regulations and company safety policies throughout the day.
