About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along with other retail locations on an assigned route. Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck, ensuring you follow all DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, ensuring that all delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores are met for your assigned stores. Once at each location, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays according to company merchandising standards. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked.

Throughout the day, maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers is key. You will interact with store managers and staff, ensuring that every location is represented with the highest standards of service and product quality. This role requires adherence to company safety policies and delivery procedures at all times.
