About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked and fresh. This position is more than just driving; it is a customer-facing role where you serve as the face of Frito-Lay, building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are presented at their best.

Day in the Life

As a Delivery Driver, your day involves operating a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Once on-site, you are responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority. Drivers must safely operate delivery trucks, follow DOT regulations when applicable, and adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures. You will be expected to meet delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores while maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
