Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores and convenience stores, along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing for your route, ensuring all products are loaded and ready for delivery. As you visit assigned stores, you will unload products and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A ndising guidelines. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and maintaining optimal product freshness for customers. You will also build promotional displays to drive sales and track inventory levels to keep stores properly stocked.

Throughout the day, you will complete necessary route paperwork and adhere to strict safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable. Your goal is to meet delivery and stocking deadlines efficiently while upholding the high standards of customer service that define the Frito-Lay brand.
