Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and available to consumers.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to transport products to your assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain high standards for merchandising. Throughout the day, you will track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company guidelines. You will work independently to meet delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
