Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores and convenience stores. You will operate a company delivery truck on an assigned route, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck while following DOT regulations and company safety policies. You will deliver products to assigned stores, unload product, and stock shelves and displays. A key part of your responsibilities includes rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays to drive sales. You will also maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, tracking inventory, and completing route paperwork to ensure all delivery and stocking deadlines are met.
