About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to transport Frito-Lay products to grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations along an assigned route. Your mission is to ensure that our products are not only delivered on time but are also presented in the best possible light for consumers.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your vehicle and reviewing your route. As you visit each store, you will unload product and meticulously stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. A merchandising standards. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining product freshness by rotating stock and building attractive promotional displays that drive sales. Beyond stocking, you will track inventory levels and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy.

Customer Relationships

A significant aspect of this position involves building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of Frito-Lay. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor is essential to fostering strong partnerships with our retail clients.
