Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. You will deliver products to assigned stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays with care and stocking shelves according to company merchandising standards. Aising guidelines. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales. Throughout the day, you will track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked. You must adhere to company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable, meeting all delivery and stocking deadlines.
