About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives are the face of our brand, delivering high-quality products to grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. stores, and retail partners. As a Driver, you operate a company delivery truck to ensure timely delivery of products. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and quality, and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, customers, and team members, ensuring that every location is properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this role. Drivers are responsible for safely operating delivery trucks and adhering to all DOT regulations when applicable. You must follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures to meet delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. This includes tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring all necessary route paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
