About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives are the face of our brand, ensuring that customers have access to the products they love. This role goes beyond simple transportation; it is a dynamic position focused on delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores and convenience stores.
As a driver, you are responsible for operating a company delivery truck along an assigned route, building positive relationships with store managers and staff, and ensuring that our products are presented in the best possible light. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring product freshness through rotation, and creating attractive promotional displays that drive sales.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process. This includes safely operating a delivery truck, loading and unloading product, and meeting strict adherence to company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable. You will track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure that all stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
Your ability to maintain a professional relationship with customers and store managers is crucial. By ensuring stores are properly stocked and meeting delivery deadlines, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the success of our retail partners.
