About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked and fresh. This position is more than just driving; it is a customer-facing role where you serve as the face of Frito-Lay at local retail locations. You will be responsible for delivering products, stocking shelves, and building strong, positive relationships with store managers and staff.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with operating a company delivery truck to ensure timely deliveries to your assigned route. Once at each location, you will unload and merchandise products, ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked according to company standards. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to guarantee freshness for customers. You will also build promotional displays and track inventory, completing necessary route paperwork to maintain accurate records. Throughout the day, you will adhere to strict safety policies and DOT regulations, ensuring a professional and efficient workflow while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.
