Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Your primary mission is to ensure our products are fresh, visible, and available to consumers while maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. You will navigate your assigned territory, delivering products to various retail locations. Once at each store, you will unload product, stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked. Throughout the day, you will interact with store personnel, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this role. You are responsible for operating a delivery trucks safely, following all DOT regulations when applicable, and adhering to company safety policies. You must meet delivery and stocking deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring the integrity of the product from the truck to the shelf.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour.36 per hour. Compensation includes opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
