Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives are the face of our brand, responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. This role goes beyond driving; it is about maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck, delivering products to assigned route. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all delivery and stocking deadlines are met for your assigned stores.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount. Drivers must safely operate delivery trucks, follow DOT regulations when applicable, and company safety policies. You will be expected to maintain a professional relationship with customers and store managers while adhering to all delivery procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. There are opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
