Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked with popular snack products. This position is more than just driving; it involves delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at assigned to a specific route. Drivers are the face of the company, responsible for maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring all deliveries and stocking deadlines are met. Your day involves loading and unloading product, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and tracking inventory, and completing route paperwork. You will follow company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable, ensuring a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
