About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with preparing for a successful route. You will be responsible for safely operating a delivery truck, ensuring all products are loaded correctly. Upon arrival at each store, you will unload and stock shelves and displays, carefully rotating product to ensure freshness and maintaining high standards of merchandising.
Beyond stocking, you will build promotional displays and track inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company guidelines. You will also complete necessary route paperwork and ensure all delivery and stocking deadlines are met. A key part of the role involves maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, and staff, fostering strong partnerships that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
