About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked with the products customers love. This position goes beyond simple transportation; it is a customer-facing role where you are responsible for the entire delivery and merchandising process on an assigned route.

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to transport products to your assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. Accuracy in tracking inventory and completing route paperwork is essential to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.
