About the Team
Aloha Water Company has been delivering "Aloha" to the people of Hawaii since 1994. As the state's second-largest home and office bottled water delivery company, we have expanded into the retail market with our Aloha Box Water. We are the state's only full-service water company, offering Point-of-Use systems installed by the state's only Certified Water Specialists and Installers accredited by the Water Quality Association.
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team and ensure our customers receive their water on time, every time. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM. You will be responsible for conducting deliveries to both residential and commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service at every stop. Your day will involve loading vehicles with the necessary products and equipment, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate inventory of returned items. You will also handle on-site equipment troubleshooting and ensure all paperwork and special instructions are followed meticulously. The role requires a driver who is honest, trustworthy, and capable of managing a physical workload, including lifting 54 lbs or more.
Compensation & Growth
We invest in our drivers' success. You will begin with a training rate of $18/hr. Upon completing training and assuming your own route, your rate increases to $20/hr. Once established on your route, you will also become eligible for discretionary bonuses.
