About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it is about maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable. You will load and unload product, ensuring timely delivery and stocking deadlines are met for your assigned stores. Once at each location, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays that drive sales. Throughout the day, you will track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
