This role is designed for those who want to be part of a collaborative spirit defined by our cultural beliefs and work ethic.
As a Delivery Driver, you will safely drive trucks to customers, ensuring scheduled delivery times are met. You will carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas. Your responsibilities include verifying delivery accuracy, obtaining proper signatures, and handling collections when applicable. You will also perform professional customer service to enhance the client experience and conduct all necessary pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
This position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively. Drivers must be comfortable working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid CDL Class A issued by their state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. You must have a minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry. The ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred, though it may be required in specific locations.
All drivers must be able to read and communicate in English, including understanding highway traffic signs and signals. A critical requirement is registering to the FMCSA Clearinghouse, a secure online database mandated by the Department of Transportation that provides real-time information regarding drug and alcohol program violations for CDL and CLP holders. Registration is required before starting; please visit the FMCSA website to complete this step.
We are committed to Total Rewards that respect and reward our associates for their dedication and hard work. This role also offers overtime compensation.
