About the Role
As a Delivery Associate, you will have the opportunity to work independently while making a difference in your community and delighting hundreds of customers every day. You will drive a company-owned van, navigating a variety of routes to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. This role is perfect for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who are ready to get the job done.
You will be the face of our company, interacting directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction even during stressful conditions. The job involves loading and unloading packages (up to 70 lbs frequently), using handheld devices for routing and scanning, and communicating effectively with the support team. While the work is physically demanding and requires comfort in varying weather conditions, you will be supported by a team that cares deeply about safety and customer experience.
Hiring Process
The hiring process typically takes approximately 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the background check and drug test. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., at least 18 years old, and possess good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills. Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug test and a background check.
