About the Role
As a Delivery Associate, you will have the opportunity to work independently while making a difference in your community and delighting hundreds of customers every day. You will drive a company-owned vehicle, navigate various routes, and deliver packages directly to customers' doorsteps. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to get the job done.
You will be out on the road for the majority of your shift, staying active as you load and unload packages (up to 70 lbs frequently) and interact with customers. We supply the vans and equipment; you bring the energy and dedication. No CDL is required, and no prior delivery experience is necessary, as we provide paid training to get you started.
Hiring Process
The hiring process typically takes approximately 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the background check and drug test. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., be at least 18 years old, and successfully pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug test and background check. Strong English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
