About the Role

As a Delivery Associate, you will have the opportunity to work independently while making a difference in your community and delighting hundreds of customers every day. You will drive a company-owned van, navigate various routes, and deliver packages directly to customers' doorsteps. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to get the job done.

You will be "customer obsessed," striving to deliver not just packages, but smiles. The job involves being out on the road, working in varying weather conditions, and handling packages up to 70 lbs. (or up to 300 lbs. as part of a team). You will use a company-provided handheld device for routing and administrative tasks, ensuring every delivery is completed with excellence.
