About the Role

As a Deli Clerk, you will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same. You will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.

In this role, you will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, as a Deli team member, you should demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
