The manager directs and supervises all functions within the Deli/Bakery department, supporting day-to-day operations and driving the department toward established sales and profit goals. This role involves fostering a culture of trust and respect among associates, empowering them to meet targets through collaboration and teamwork. From developing adequate schedules to manage customer volume to implementing merchandising promotional plans, the manager ensures the department operates efficiently and effectively.
