About the Role
This position is dedicated to creating outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. You will establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment that encourages customers to return. As a leader in the Deli/Bakery department, you will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities while supporting day-to-day operations.
You will embrace the "Customer 1st" strategy, encouraging associates to deliver excellent service while demonstrating the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Your role involves developing a department business plan, implementing merchandising promotional plans, and managing expenses to achieve sales and profit goals. By fostering an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated, you will help drive the success of the department.
