About the Role

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. As a Driver, Shuttle, you are the face of the company, building lasting relationships with customers while ensuring products arrive at their destination on time and in perfect condition.

In this position, you will play a vital role in the operation of the business by transporting empty trailers to Operating Company warehouse locations and delivering full trailers to domicile or shuttle yard locations. You will drive tandem trailers, tractor-trailers, and/or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Your day involves professionally communicating with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring all questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. You will function as a key team member, performing duties to best serve the company and its mission of supporting America's food distribution system.

Hiring Process

Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and a road test. A valid current DOT Health Card is required, or the ability to secure one. The role is based at 439 Park Loop Rd. in Shepherdsville, KY.
