Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver — MS at U.S. Xpress, Inc.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight, ensuring you maintain control over your load from start to finish. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners averaging $2,200. The role includes additional compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls, alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Equipment and Support

Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety on the road. We provide convenient home-base terminals and offer 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers with a history of SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) referrals are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for specific details.
