About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging daily routine. Drivers operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and are supported by convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver assistance.
Compensation & Incentives
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. Compensation is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per cpm depending on the route and experience level. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with specific payout details subject to qualifications and available upon inquiry with a recruiter.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must complete a paid orientation session upon completion of the hiring process. The application process includes verification of a valid Class A license, proof of at least 21 years of age, and a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. Candidates must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualification criteria.
