About the Role
This is a 2nd Shift Supervisory position within a family-oriented company dedicated to operational excellence and safety. The role exists to lead, coach, and train a team, ensuring the production area runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and employee engagement.
As a leader on the floor, you will provide professional development through ongoing coaching and motivate your team to optimize performance. Your day involves promoting safety constantly, ensuring compliance with company policies and established food safety programs, and managing proper scheduling to meet production goals. You will serve as the bridge between management and the team, fostering a positive work environment characterized by honesty, strong work ethic, and moral character.
