This is a 2nd Shift position focused on leading and coaching a team within a production environment. The role exists to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement through positive leadership, motivating the team to achieve peak performance, and managing production scheduling.
The position involves working in a dynamic facility that may include exposure to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, carbon dioxide, and moving production lines. You will work in damp, wet, and cold environments and may be exposed to live and/or raw animal odors. Safety is of the utmost importance, and you will be expected to constantly promote safety protocols throughout the work area and with your team.
