About the Role
This is a 2nd Shift position focused on leading and coaching a team within a production environment. The role exists to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement through positive leadership, motivating the team to achieve peak performance, and managing schedules to keep the production area running smoothly.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve constant promotion of safety throughout the work area and with your team. You will provide professional development through ongoing coaching and training, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and established food safety programs. The environment includes exposure to damp, wet, and cold conditions, as well as live and/or raw animal odors. You will work alongside moving production lines and may occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
