This is a 2nd Shift position focused on leading and coaching a team within a production environment. The role exists to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. You will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement through positive leadership, motivating the team to achieve peak performance, and managing schedules to keep the production area running smoothly.

This position involves working in a dynamic production setting. Team members may be exposed to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, CO2, moving production lines, and damp, wet, or cold environments. The role also requires working around live and/or raw animal odors. While the position involves occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, the primary focus is on leadership and operational oversight.
