The Debit Cards Specialist serves as the internal point of contact for all questions related to debit and ATM cards. This role is designed to ensure the operational integrity of our card functions by performing maintenance, responding to research requests, and analyzing monthly reporting. The specialist acts as an operational liaison between business units, vendors, and technical support staff to provide exceptional and professional service.
A key focus of this position is the operational and fraud aspects of cards rather than growth and performance. The specialist will partner with internal departments to resolve card-related issues, assist in identifying potential fraud indicators, and ensure all operations remain compliant with rules established by card networks and payment processors.
