About the Role
The College of Health Care Professions is seeking an experienced Dean of Education to provide leadership and oversight for academic operations, faculty performance, curriculum quality, compliance, and student outcomes. This role partners with campus leadership to support academic excellence, student success, and continuous improvement.
As Dean, you will lead and support Directors of Education and faculty teams, overseeing academic operations and curriculum while monitoring student retention, graduation, and performance outcomes. You will lead accreditation and regulatory readiness efforts and support faculty development to ensure academic excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with campus leadership on strategic initiatives to drive the college's mission forward.
