About the Role
This position serves as a critical partner to the North America Digital Marketing Sales team, acting in a fiduciary capacity to structure profitable and compliant transactions. The primary mission is to maximize client revenue while addressing the unique needs of a diverse set of internal corporate customers. You will accelerate deal closures by collaborating directly with sales teams to identify critical business issues and crafting transaction structures that align with both client requirements and customer needs.
In this hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, or Lehi, UT, you will manage the day-to-day deal approval process, ensuring consistent communication of deal value to cross-functional stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves drafting and certifying customer contracts, preparing in-quarter deal status reports for management, and evaluating current processes to offer recommendations for improvement. Success in this role requires navigating complex interactions with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, and other functions to ensure strict adherence to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
